All payment for these services is contingent on sale or purchase. Too many people sell their horses for less than they should or buy horses that are overpriced or behaviorally unsound. I can make your sale or purchase less stressful and can ensure that your sale or purchase reaps maximum benefits for you and the horse involved.
Pre-Purchase Consultation
If you are considering purchasing a horse, it is important to have both a vet check and a trainer consultation. I will travel with you to see a horse you are thinking about buying and will spend up to three hours with you and your potential equine partner. Similar to a training assessment, having a purchase consultation with a reputable trainer will give you added security in knowing that you are making the right decision. Buying a horse is a commitment that can last for several decades, and I want to make sure that you make the best choice for you and your equine companion.

- Pre-purchase consultation: $50/hour
- Sale preparation/consultation: $50/hour
- Training Assessment: $50/hour
- Grooming/braiding: $25/hour
- Show-day coaching: $40/hour
- Finders/Sellers Fee: 10% of total purchase/sale
